- On the camera, press and hold the tiny reset button on the back or bottom of the device until it flashes white and release. (This should take 10-15 seconds)
- On your phone, mobile device or computer, go to your WiFi network connections and connect to the camera. It should look like ADC-V723 XX:XX:XX.
- Open a browser (chrome) on your device. Is your camera indoors or outdoors?
- For Outdoor Camera: If camera WiFi network reads ADC-V723 XX:XX:XX, type in the address bar http://v723install, if camera WiFi network reads ADC-V724 XX:XX:XX, type in the address bar http://v724install.
- For Indoor Camera: Type in the address bar http://v523install.
- Follow the instructions on this page. Once complete, the camera should have a solid green light (this can take upwards of 4-5 mins). If the light is not solid green, try unplugging and plugging in the device.
