1) On the camera, press and hold the tiny reset button on the back or bottom of the device until it flashes white and release. (This should take 10-15 seconds) 


2) On your phone, mobile device or computer, go to your WiFi network connections and connect to the camera. It should look like ALARM XX:XX:XX. 


3) Open a browser (chrome) on your device and type in the address bar http://v723install for outdoor cameras, or http://v523install for indoor cameras. 


4) Follow the instructions on this page. Once complete, the camera should have a solid green light (this can take upwards of 4-5 mins).  If the light is not solid green, try unplugging and plugging in the device.
